Question / Help pixelation during action

i'm capturing ps4 using obs multiplatform with an hdpvr2 on a corei3 laptop. 720p 30fps
i made a thread before upped my bitrate from 2000 to 2500 and corrected an audio issue i had no idea was going on. but i still have my main issue i came for...pixelation during movement and action

For YouTube Streaming, looking at this: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2853702?hl=en
Try a video bit rate of 4000 Kbps. YouTube re-encodes everything so it is ok to use high bit rate.

you don't think i'll drop frames with a high bitrate?

your upload speed is 23.81 Mbps, right? 4000 Kbps equals 4 Mbps so it is fine for internet with more then 5 Mbps upload.

If CPU usage is a problem from high bitrate, you may change preset to "SuperFast" at a small cost of quality.

It looks good now.

The game audio comes a little bit too soon though, and it sounds like your mic is picking up the game sound. On OBS settings, maybe you can change microphone offset to maybe about 600? (600 milliseconds is 0.6 seconds)

Yeah i just had the mic on for the test. Thats why the delay and terrible audio.
