Pixelating facecam?

Hey, I've got a problem with my facecam becoming a little blurry/pixelated in high movement games. (Streaming on twitch) Any advice or solutions?

Settings:

Bitrate: CBR 7500kbps

Keyframe - 2s

Preset: P7 (Best Quality)

Tuning: High Quality

Multipass Mode: Two passes (Full)

Profile: high

Look-ahead: Off

Adaptive Quantization: On

B-Frames: 2

1080p60 (both stream and facecam)

Encoder: NVIDIA NVENC H.264 (5090)

Audio Bitrate: 320


What I've tried:

- Made facecam a source and a scene/source

- Custom resolution for facecam, highest fps setting, colour ranges

- Different bitrates/presets
