Pixelated streams on Twitch

Hello guys,

I recently upgraded my config from a 9700k / 2080ti to a 13900k / 4080. My streams were ok, I’ve always streamed 1080p60fps and I never got any issues with big chunks of pixels while mooving. My new config is doing fine but now even 720p looks trash now. I’ve tried to tweak different things since last week but nothing helps. 4000, 6000 or 8000 cbr makes no difference. My connection is wired and stable.

Canvas:1440p
Filter: Lanczos
Connection: 900mbps dl / 150 mbps up
Config: -asus rog 4080 oc
-i9-13900k
-64go ddr5 Corsair 6000mhz
-aorus z790 elite ax

All driver are updated, test streams were done without cam and without any sources except game capture

I’ve also tried to down scale to 864 or 720p at 8000cbr, it’s even worse.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
