I have i7 7700k, 16gb ram, 1070ti gpu, msi z270 tomahawk motherboard.
Hello, what happens to me is strange. I've been broadcasting Assetto Corsa on YouTube for 2 years. I have never had any problems. Until last week I formatted my PC to install a m.2 SSD hard drive.
Since then everything has been perfect for me (games, programs, videos, sound ... all good) EXCEPT the streams.
I have tried all kinds of configurations, bitrates, x264 or Nvenc, update gpu drivers, update codecs ... but nothing.
When I stream the quality is lousy. It is as if you put a video at 480p ... when in reality it says that it is at 1080p 60hz. And it happens to me with several games and I even tried Xsplit, as an alternative to OBS.
By the way, I used another graph that I have and it was the same.
Any ideas?
