I've seen many threads for this online but the only one I've seen get close to my issue wasn't fully resolved. OK, so, my stream is obviously, as the title says, pixelated. I've tried changing the fps (all of the settings), bit rate(1000-6000), hardware to software, streaming with game and monitor capture, changing resolution scale, my encoding presets and I've updated to the newest version (20.1.3). No matter what game I play on stream (CSGO, Rainbow Six: Siege, Black Squad), it is very pixelated while I move (standing still it's fine). I mean i have pretty good internet and a good rig:
i5 7500, 8gb ram, 1060 6gb, 100mb down 20mb up internet
I run all of the stuff I need to perfectly fine including the game this shouldn't be happening.
