Hello, im totally new here and english is not my naive language so be gentle.

I started streaming 12 days ago and im struggling with alot of pixels on stream, here are my specs:

Asus directcu top II R9 280x
12GB ram 1800

My internet connection is 90mb download and 20mb upload, those are my settings on obs studio

Of course i've started with 1080 on base canvas and 720 on output scaled or rescale resolution on output settings, nothing seems to work.
With Overwatch i get a lot of pixel squares when moving and when standing it's the same, the quality seems so blurry, same with Atlas Reactor, H1Z1, Wow and Black Desert, i've tried changing config found here and there but nothing seems to help.
There are some of my vods

http://www.twitch.tv/spykehollow/v/51766762 Overwatch
http://www.twitch.tv/spykehollow/v/50025136 Atlas Reactor
http://www.twitch.tv/spykehollow/v/50391540 Wow

If someone could help me i would love him for the rest of my life, i swear.

Spyhollow, try this options, once at a time:

1 - Keyframe Interval = 2

2 - CPU Usage preset = Ultrafast

3 - FPS you can reduce to 25

Try only 1 and observe results. Do the same with 2 and 3. Then you can try combinations.

Hint: to compensate effects of ultrafast, maybe a filter in game capture improving a little bit your sharpness could help. Use 2nd mouse button on element and click on filter menu option.

I hope this helps.

I did as you say, the only real change that i had is with adding the sharp filter, it seems better butter i can still see the pixels, i wonder, lowering the cpu preset would make the image more clear?

Don't use ultrafast cpu preset for streaming. Also why is your base resolution 1280x720 and not the same resolution as the game?

What i should use instead?
My base resolution is 720 because someone told me that rendering from 1080 would stress more the cpu and it means more pixels, is it right?

No it won't use more CPU. You always want the base resolution the same as your game. You use the downscale resolution to determine the actual resolution being encode.
