Question / Help Pixelated stream HD PVR 2

Hey! Whenever i try to stream with my HD PVR 2 the stream pixelates a lot as seen here http://www.twitch.tv/theuberzolk/v/7425085 Down below you can see the settings i was using when this was streamed.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

My first thought was that your bit rate was too high. Not so much.

Is there any reason you are trying to downscale 1080p to 1080p? That might be your culprit right there.

Also, I downscale to 720p with 60fps with no issues. Maybe trying that will fix your issue.

Why are you trying to stream at 1080p60 when the HD VR 2 can't output at 1080p60? Try reducing the frame rate to 30.

Is it possible that the issue is that one of the HDMI cables connected to the box is high speed and the other isn't?

That's why I do this.

Also, The PVR2 can do passthrough at 60fps, if you use "custom" reso and set it to source. I've had zero issues witht he resolution once I made those settings on the PVR2 itself.
