Question / Help Pixelated stream fix

So if I stream, when the screen/game is static, the quality is nice, but when I move, some pixelated screen is coming out of nowhere

CPU: i7 4790k
GPU: RX470
Downloadspeed: 20mbps
Uploadspeed: 5mbps

using veryfast preset and 3000kbps for bitrate

your bitrate is to low for the resolution.
increase the bitrate or lower the resolution, switching to faster or lower could also improve it

is 3k not enough for 720p?

no, would only be sufficient if you stream hearthstone, everything else needs more bitrate or a lower encoder preset like faster or fast

but okay, I have an i7, I can run it easy on Faster or fast with watercooling, because the temperatures don't go crazy I think?
