Question / Help Pixelated Stream, Buffers a lot, and freezes (Playing Minecraft)

Ok So, basically when I stream, I stream minecraft as my channel on Youtube is minecraft, but when I stream I always get a pixelated screen on youtube also the stream really just buffers a lot. Also it just freezes, and that speaks for itself.. These are my settings:

I know people may be like, well thats awful! But.. I have heard people who have streamed well with this, I have a 1 MB upload speed and (if needed a 10 MB download speed)
If you need anything else please ask (settings, example, ect.)

Also when It shows my bitrate being 5million I was fooling around with it so it isn't normally 5 million.. It is actually 2.5k right now... (just to let you know :D)

Do you actually have 1 Mb/s upload speed or do you have 1 Mbit/s? In that case could you please do a speedtest on something like http://www.speedtest.net/de to get a baseline
