Question / Help Pixelated Quality

Hello!
It'd be wonderful if someone could help me out a bit. I am trying to stream off to YouTube from my new PC with resolution of 1080p, FPS of 60 and I've buffed up my bitrate to 12000, yet it still looks pixelated on the screen. Using x264 for encoding, Rate control of CRF with the CRF of 30. CPU usage preset set to ultra fast. (advanced mode)

hopefully that link works^

Ok dude your bitrate is a little too high, try doing 720p60fps with a bitrate of 4500-7000. Also may i ask is your cpu usage really high on ultrafast preset?

It is set on ultrafast. Unfortunately I can not for the life of me drop the scale down to 720p. My desktop does have the power to do it.

First, you didn't have to spend 1000 euros to get 1080p, my 300 USD used computer acheives that completely fine (even with 3 cameras, a disply, a microphone and live video graphics). You don't need to overdo it.

I would make sure that your internet connection is not the weak link that is making your stream poor-quality.

For YouTube, upscale is required in 1440 and on a single PC it is rational to do a video card. Only in 1440 the pixelation decreases, because YouTube at the output recode video less gives the viewer a video in a higher bitrate (10000 - 14000) than 1080 (4000 - 6000).

ok if you are able to maintain that speed to youtube here are the settings I would recommend.
upscale to 1440p
encoder NVENC
bitrate 50 mbit
that should give you a good quality

I checked - 50,000 does not make sense at 1440. After 30000, there is no improvement in the picture. 50000 is suitable for streams in 4k, but it is exotic and can be claimed in professional Streams of races.

depends on the game, I see even improvement beyond 100 mbit in games like trackmania
But how does one upscale, I'll do the bitrate after testing what amount would be the most suitable
Settings -> Video tab -> output scaled resolution
