Question / Help Pixelated gameplay

Hello when i stream or record a game called battlefield heroes, the game gets pixelated when i move the camera, when i stand still its fine.

I use 1080p 60fps and 5000 in bitrate, i have 140/20 in internet.
And the bitrate is constant over 5000.

check my calculator for proper bitrates. 5000 is bit too low even for 1080p30. go with 720p60 at 5500
