I've had this capture card for years, plugged into the same PC for over a year, no problems ever. Nothing has been touched or altered then it just started doing this?

I updated game capture (it happens in there too) I updated OBS, unplugged and re plugged everything, restart PC. Nothing fixes it :( Can anyone help me? It also doesnt look exactly like this everytime but its almost always the bottom of the screen, sometimes its black, sometimes its the whole whole image but super pixelated/stuttering
