Hello there
i recently bought an Nvidia gtx 1660 Super and while trying to stream/record on it using Obs i get a very pixelated video output, I tried different setting and believe me, every setting i could find, i tried the standard-setting, advanced setting (i tried every encoding option with different presets and different bitrate (from very slow to ultra-fast), changed the resolution, and the fps from 60 to 30 and vice versa, i also tried to record/stream on OBS streamlabs and nothing but the same result. i don't know where the problems is, and in fact, i don't want to solve it, I just want to know where is the problem, is it with my pc build ? or is my CPU/GPU setting or the obs setting ... one thing to highlight is when i use the CQP rate control its gets a bit better but not close to good.
here is my build specs
-MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard
-AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor
- Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6 GB GAMING OC Video Card
- G.Skill Aegis 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
- be quiet! System Power 9 600 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
- Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
- SHARKOON TG5 ATX Mid Tower Case
- BenQ RL2755HM 27.0" 1920x1080 60 Hz Monitor

this my best results, and i tried this broadcasting guide by Nvidia.
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/guides/broadcasting-guide/
the last detail i wanna mention is before i bought the Gtx 1660 SUPER, i had an AMD 5700 xt but it didn't work that well due to the Encoding issue that AMD GPUs have.

i will also be active so i can provide an immediate test/reply to your suggestions
Have A Good One !

Turn those off.

21:58:57.213: ==== Recording Stop ================================================
21:58:57.213: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 1/321 (0.3%)

Tiny amount of lag. You may be able to eliminate it by removing the features above that introduce GPU load. If the encoding load remains, increase CQP value.

Are you looking at the quality of the upload on youtube, or from local recordings? YouTube will always apply its own compression on top of anything you send it -- the only thing you can control is the quality of what you give it before its own processing.

For good quality on YouTube - you need a native resolution or upscale up to 1440p60 and a high bitrate. From 16,000 it makes sense to try, with 30,000 dynamic games with grass look decent. The main thing is that your hardware could handle it.

thank you all, I appreciate your help, I already did what you instructed me to do.
I will keep this setting for all my games including Minecraft.

Hey,
I was just wondering, were you able to get it fixed? Can you record at 1080p 60fps with the GeForce gtx 1660 super? I'm looking to get that video card, I just wanna make sure that it will get the job done.
