Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I have been streaming Fortnite using OBS on my PC and all of the sudden without changing any of the settings I am getting some ridiculous lag spikes. My ping when im not streaming will be 1m-20m but when I start my stream the ping will spike up to 200m-600m then go back down to 40m-100m. It makes the game unplayable and its making my stream unenjoyable because it keeps on lagging.

I have tried to change the settings around in output and also in advance based on what I found doing some google searches but it has made the problem worse. Does anyone have any recommendations on what I can do to fix the lag spikes?
