Question / Help Ping Spikes in-game while streaming?

Hey there

I noticed my ping spikes while I stream on twitch.
I stream at 4000 bitrate althought my OBS shows 4,400~ at times. I have 5 Mbs upload connection. I read somethings about not using more than 80% of your upload.

I would be ready to upgrade my upload to 10Mbs if it solved my ping spikes.
