Hello, I start out saying that I didn't have this problem before. I have a 30/3 mb internet connection and sometimes I like to stream League of Legends. My pc specs are ryzen 7 2700, gtx 1050, and 16 GB of ram. With my low upload speed (3 mb) I used to set bitrate to 2000 kbps and stream in 720p at 30 fps. It used to work fine for me, but since a pair of weeks no matter how much i lower bitrate and resolution (tried 1500kbps, 480p) I get massive ping spikes which are driving me crazy. I don't know what to do, it used to work fine some time ago but now it looks like I really can't stream anymore. I can't change isp and 30/3 is the best I can get where I live.
