Hello :)
I'm trying to stream world of tanks and the quality is pixelated when moving.
This might be something that can't be fixed due to the detail within the game. I'm just curious to see if anyone has other settings that might clear things up. I've never asked for advice before and used loads of settings but never seemed to solve it.
Fresh install of windows 10 64bit
Capped Fps 120 using riva tuner statistic
vsync disabled
default nvidea control panel settings
desktop running at 1920 by 1080 240hz
High-performance power plan,
I've turned the game details down, ground details, water, foliage.
Steaming to twitch using 1080-60fps (Would lower it if needed to get a clear picture)
A bitrate of 6000, CBR, Keyframe 2, Profile High, Preset Max Quality, Look ahead disabled, Psycho visual tuning Enabled, Max B frames 2, Nvidea nvenc (new)
I'm using a second account to test the quality.
Also when checking my twitch video stats the buffer says 30-40 all the time is this ok? other streamers have like 2-3
