phone audio and mic audio (apple ear buds plugged into phone) to be heard on stream

Hi everyone, I am trying to stream from my phone with apple ear buds plugged in, to my mac obs. I don't know how to connect both game audio and mic from the apple ear buds to be heard on the stream. I've been looking everywhere for solutions, any help is very much appreciated
