Hello! I have been trying to stream on Twitch using OBS. However I am getting a lag whenever I use OBS in general and thus a lag when I stream. I am getting a very good upload speed at 10mbps + and I have uploaded my Mac specs (I know, I said Mac). I have used the OBS Estimator and honestly I haven't seen an improvement. If someone would just guide me in the right direction (or even tell me that I can't stream), that would mean a lot to me. Thank you in advanced.

Are you talking about lag as in reduced frames per second in the games you play, or dropped frames in OBS when trying to stream, or are your viewers complaining about lag or buffering when watching?
