Persistent sound issue

Friends, I have a persistent sound issue I could use help with. We use an NDI camera to broadcast our church service to YouTube. Pretty simple.

I am getting audio through NDI to OBS. It registers on the meter, and when I record, the audio is fine. However, when I stream, there is no audio on YouTube.

I set the advanced settings on the audio to "monitor and output"
I changed the input and output default to the correct device.
I am double checked that I have it unmuted in the YouTube studio.
I have uninstalled everything and then re installed it according to the newtek tutorial.
I have the sample rate matching between the camera, OBS, and YouTube.

What else can I try?

if that isn't the issue, best to not ignore pinned post in this forum regarding asking for assistance, and post an OBS Studio log

And then there is the question (much lower probability, but not a zero% chance) of what streaming Audio settings do you have, and do they match up with YouTube requirements?
