In a car service from video cameras via HDMI, a repair video is displayed for customers to an outdated TV.
The goal is to interrupt the broadcast from the cameras every 15 minutes and run a short commercial for 15 seconds, after which the broadcast will continue.
Is it possible to implement this by installing a computer with a video capture card and OBS Studio and what settings do I need to make in OBS Studio for this? Or maybe there are easier solutions?
