Question / Help Periodic black screen while streaming

Hi there, I have been having some problems streaming. Ever 40 seconds or so the obs screen will go black and the stream will stop transmitting the video, but will transmit the audio. I know my system is a little dated, I was wondering if I just need to adjust the settings or get a new computer. Thanks

OBS is losing connection to your camera:

Suggests an issue with the device itself, congestion on the USB bus it's plugged into, or another app trying to access the same device at the same time.
