Question / Help performance issues streaming.

i have a pretty good pc connected through Ethernet. I feel as if my stream quality isnt as good as it should be. fps drops, lagging ect. any ideas why?


200 Mbps download
11.9 Mbps upload

GTX 1070
Intel Core i5‑4690K
16gb ram
750 watts PSU
