Performance issues & Computer Crashing/Hanging when Streaming

For the last few months I've been having issues when streaming some games on Twitch with OBS and my 3D Vtubing software open. I've done a lot of troubleshooting, PC Shop doesn't think my hardware is the issue, changing graphic settings doesn't help. Either the game crashes, or I drop down to around 15fps, some games have texture issues etc.

Had issues in games like Elden Ring, Black Myth Wukong, Marvel Rivals, even PowerWash Simulator.

Most recently, I've been having issues when streaming FNAF: Security Breach, which is notoriously unoptimised. Last night, upon loading into the game my entire PC hung for at least a minute, and all of my devices (mouse, external HDD, webcam, mic, stream deck etc) all shut off and restarted. You can see it in the log at around 18:08:50.508:

I tested it a few more times after stream and the same thing kept on happening, with the final one hard freezing my PC and forcing me to power it off. Interestingly, when I tried it without OBS open, it loaded fine, and my performance in FNAF and Elden Ring seemed fine.

I used to have the StreamElements plugin installed but have since removed it, but I still use Stream Elements browser sources for alerts etc.

It seems like OBS might be the source of my problems, hoping anyone can have a look at the log and give some advice?

Historically, that PoS plugin made core changes to OBS Studio that didn't get reverted when un-installed. The only fix was to re-install OBS Studio. I don't know if still the case, but I suspect it is.

Different games sometimes require different capture approaches / OBS Studio settings
And you are using what appears to be a LOT of CPU intensive filters/effects, so some real-time hardware resource monitoring is certainly in order.

Stale/bad plugins need to be addressed or you're just wasting time. All of them should be checked & updated/removed as needed. Some are already ID'ed for you. Nvidia FX is some low hanging fruit....

Malware Bytes, I use it but not when using OBS. I recommend Defender.

If things are still wonky after doing all the above. Create a New Scene Collection & add just (1) Scene/Source & test again with a clean slate.
