Question / Help Performance issiue when streaming

I am pretty new to streaming, however I do have general knowledge of how obs works because I tried a long while ago. When I stream Overwatch, the stream shows the gameplay to be very smooth with no lag. But when I play sometimes my fps drops and even when my fps is not dropping my game feels a bit sluggish, not super slow but I feel like im just a bit slower than usual.
My Specs:
CPU: AMD FX 8320 8 Core
GPU: GTX 1050 TI 4GB
Ram: 8gb
Monitor: 1920x1080 23.6" 60hz
