Question / Help Performance Difference In Game Capture Scaling Type?

Hey i have a new Question :)

if i want to scale game capture on the scene to full size ( i play different games while streaming so i don't want to switch the scene size for each game that runs different resolutions)

what would be more perfomat (or isnt there any difference?)

a: fit the game capture to scene with Ctrl+F (Transform -> Fit to Screen)
b: setting "force scaling" in game capture and set it to my scene size (2560x1440) - will force even scale when game has the same resolution as the scene?

If you set Force Scaling in 'Game Capture' to 640x360, for example. Than you'll get Size at Transform as 640x360. Any other scaling operations based on this setting. This scaling performed by GPU (as any Transform do).

a. See no difference.
b. No.

I prefer Ctrl+F (when game has fixed 640x480 for example).
