Question / Help Performance changed from one day to another

I got a really weird issue which i also had a few days ago and it appeart all of the sudden.

The problem is that I got a massive performance change of obs studio. I streamed yesterday for about 2 hours and everything was just working fine.
And now today I started streaming again and I had massive FPS drops + obs said something like: Encoding overloaded! Consider turning down video settings or using faster encoding preset.
Well even if I lower it to Ultrafast I still get this message. Then I tried the same with the normal Open Broadcaster software and everything was just fine.

and yes i also checked if there are processes running in the background. Last time I had the problem it was fixed by reinstalling OBS studio + deleting the user settings. But I dont like to do it every day.

Well something has changed. Did you completely restart your computer in between?
Does not look like a OBS issues, something is hogging your CPU.

I did indeed restart my PC - its weird because in OBS classic it all works fine :/
