Question / Help Perfect configuration Output

If i am recording a video of a Streaming, and i like to record in the maxim quality. Which is the perfect bitrate video that can i used?

And what can i use superfast, veryfast....?

I have a MAC 3,2 GHZ Intel core i5
8GH 1600 Mhz
Nvidia Gforce Gt755 1024 MB
