PDF as a Video clip

Please help me by showing me how to take a pdf and create it as a video clip with and option of downloading directly from the vidoe clip.

Why? What you've said so far, sounds to me like putting a paper book into a film projector. What are you doing?!

You are right. I viewed a clip on YouTube and the clip had the icon to download the work as a PDF.
