Question / Help PCSX2 OpenGL - Encoder Overload Nvenc at start only

Ever since I render PCSX2 with OpenGL for more accurate Simulation the OBS Encoder Nvenc shows me very often "Encoding Overload" at the beginning of the recordings, which results in freeze frame in the recording.

Normally that happens only once when at the start when the Harddrive (dedicated for recordings only) needs to be "woken up".

After a few seconds the message is gone and does not pop up anymore.

Does Nvenc somehow interact with OpenGL?

Is there any reason why?

2-pass encoding reduces performance massively in live recordings.

As for your core issue, you should consider turning off the spin-down on the drive

I don't want to set the general rule in the power plan just for 1 of my 4 HDD's so is there a way to prevent my recording HDD to spin down?

Anyhow that is a secondary issue. Could it be that OBS or Nvenc interacts with OpenGL in some way that causes the frequent Overload at the start? (And only at the start) since when I use DirectX11 Renderer in PCSX2 I don't have that issue that often at all.
