Question / Help PCIe Capture + OBS Color Spectrum Freakout

Hello,

I am running a AVM C-199B PCIe card using AVerMedia C127 Extreme PCIe HD Capture Drivers.
Generally it works fine but once in a while the colors randomly go haywire. Wires aren't the issue (wiggled and confirmed connection for hours), and nothing seems to help. It just randomly goes back to normal and then out again.

Correction,

The card is an Avermedia C127 HD PCIe capture.
In order to even get video I have to access crossbar and change the video in to SerialDigital in.
If I choose RBG in it gets no input.
