You have signal

In OBS, try to
-Turn off and turn on the card

Install the 4k capture, it helps to detect the signal and its characteristics (resolution, framerate, HDR).

- In OBS , select a custom setting, the same as the input signal. Resolution, video format (HDR signal, P1O). The card selects YUY2 by default

In my case, when I select the framerate "at maximum" and select the correct input resolution, I can select the video format and the image appears in any case.

i dont have signal. i have to reset computer in order for obs to recognize the card

Yes, you are right, you have no signal but the card is recognized. Does the PS5 give you an HDR signal? Select P010 in OBS, you should see it. Maybe you won't lose the card when you go into sleep mode.

I have all my PCs without sleep mode, to avoid that.
