Hello, so I am using an Elgato HD60 to stream. When connected to console, there are no issues whatsoever, and I can stream at a solid 2500 bitrate no problem. However, when I switch to my laptop (1 is a gaming laptop, the other is streaming laptop.) I get a choppy stream, even if I lower my bitrate all the way down to 1500. Any ideas what I can do? I have absolutely no clue what to do. I have no lag issues in game, and everything else is fine. It's literally only the stream that is choppy.
Question / Help PC won't stream properly, but console will.
