Question / Help PC upragade. Do I have to chagne more than CPU?

Dear OBS Users,

I want to upgrade my PC. I am wondering what exactly do I have to change to be able streaming in 720p and playing comfortable without any fps drops. My main game on stream is CSGO. I aslo stream H1Z1, Pubg, DiabloIII and Path of Exile. Right now I stream with NVENC 4500 bitrate, default preset and profile high with 540p. I am kinda happy with what I get with those settings. The quallity is decent and performance is good enough for streaming and playing at the same time.

I wonder do I have to change more than only CPU? I think that if I change CPU for i74790(k) and stay with my streaming settings - only upgrade resolution to 720p the new CPU should be enough to let me stream with better quallity and even better performance. How do you think guys?

Do you think I have to change CPU, Mobo and Ram? If yes I think I will do it. But I don't want to do it because I was looking for new Ryzen CPU good mobo and 16GB Ram DDR4 and it would cost like 1000$ it's a lot money and I am not sure it's necessary. That's why I need your opinions guys. My whole PC is attached as png file in the thread.

Best regards,
Domin1Q

Do a little research on your own...Like google streaming configurations and hardware for streaming 720p..
You'll be better off instead of getting confused with a lot of opinions...

@Banyarola I guess you take me a little wrong. I am not waiting here for best "PC setup for 1000$". I just wanted to take an opinions about "do I have to change more than my CPU?"... That's what I'm looking for by making this thread. :) Also I'm lookin opinions here becuase I think here are the most experienced peapole who using OBS.

Well generally for CSGO you shouldnt have much FPS impact when using NVENC even with 720p60 though for x264 you would at least want an i7 in that case either a i7 4770k or i7 4790k but there will always be a small impact on fps. Though I would only really recommend upgrading the CPU if you get a great deal on it since its really old by now or go all the way with a new Mainbaord + CPU

Summary:
GPU is fine
CPU would need an upgrade if NVENC isnt pleasent enough

@alpinlol To be honest even when I stream 720p 30fps with NVENC I feel a pretty huge fps drops and low fluently in the game and I guess it is still cost by CPU cuz my CPU then is 100% usage. That is why I think about changing CPU only. I can not change CPU+Mobo because I have got DDR3 ram and I will need DDR4 ram :/ ...
