Question / Help PC UPGRADE FOR STREAMING

Hello everyone i want to upgrade my old pc and i need your help/opinion.
specs:
1.CPU: i5 3570 --> i7 7700 k or not?
2.MOBO: b75m-d2v --> Gigabyte GA-Z170-GAMING
3.GPU: GTX 770
4.RAM: 8 GB DDR3 --> 16gb ddr4 Corsair Vengeance LPX, DDR4, 16GB(2x8GB), 3000MHz
5.PSU: thermaltake 630W

1.Ok so as you can see i want to upgrade cpu to i7 7700 and do i need 'K' version or not ? (i know its about oc but do i need to oc such a good cpu?)
2.Is Gigabyte GA-Z170-GAMiNG fine ? i really dont want to overpay for mobo.
3.Since most of games i play and stream are cpu intensive(like csgo, pubg) i dont really need gpu now i will upgrade it later
4.Of course i will upgrade ram to ddr 4 16 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX, DDR4, 16GB(2x8GB), 3000MHz
5.Thermaltake 630w is enough i guess

I just saw that k version have 4.2Ghz vs non k 3.6 so i guess its worth right ?

currently only thing that would be in favour of 7700k is igpu for quicksync that works nice for streaming so you could free some cpu load
if you dont care about it I would recommend ryzen 1700+oc, with for example msi tomahwak mobo (flash latest bios - very important)

i did some research and looks like i7 7700 is better without streaming but it is also more expensive and you need to buy cooling for i7 and also motherboard is a bit more expenisive for i7 so i go for ryzen 1700 with MSI B350 TOMAHAWK AM4
and Corsair Vengeance LPX, DDR4, 16GB(2x8GB), 3000MHz

I'm still open any other suggestions
