PC timed out While streaming, now all streams flicker green into a black screen.

At the end of my stream last week, I alt tabbed to turn the stream off in OBS and as I did this my PC acted as if it crashed. Or as if the GPU and graphics card was lost. Everything came back up, including OBS; so i decided to click to end stream and Restarted my computer. Right after I went to put another streamer on and noticed it would flash green and then I would get no video. I've went through all the trouble shooting steps i could find for compression and video issues. I've turned off Hardware acceleration on both firefox and edge. Neither will play videos on Kick.com or Twitch.com. Some videos on youtube will play; however most are just black screen with only audio. Attached is an image of the green screen/blacked out video as well as a log report from a previous recording. (i've since tried to open my stream twice for trouble shooting) I can provide the log from the day my pc timed out, but i wasn't sure how to upload it from inside OBS, and aside from copy pasting it in its entirety here; if that format would be allowed I can copy and paste it here .

Thank you so much for any help in this matter it makes me feel silly, but I've tried my best for a few days to fix it now.

I apologize, I'm not sure how the issue was resolved, but it somehow may have resolved itself. attaching a screenshot of the issue resolved.

Close this and use it only if this somehow helped you; Apparently making a post on your forums was enough to threaten whatever issue I had into reverting itself.

The only troubleshooting steps (other than many not listed) that I did after posting last night; was simply restarting my PC. (of which i had done several times due to drivers and installs etc)
