Question / Help PC Streaming settings?

Hey, my specs are:
1. GTX 1070
2. i7-7700k processor intel
3. 16 gb (ram)
download speed: 235.66
upload speed: 11.57

Whenever I'm playing pubg and other games that include a lot of textures while streaming, my frames drop a lot. anyone know what settings should i use?

Not seeing any significant lag or frame drops in that logfile.

-No, not my stream fps drops I'm talking about my in-game frame drops.
