My intention is to Live Stream Live Music performances.
I have my music studio running with an Apple MBP mid 2012 that’s working great as my DAW, so music is coming out from a Focusrite Sapphire pro 40 interface and going into a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2.
As video sources I have a Logitech c920x and a GoPro (2nd angle) with an usb-hdmi capture card.
I’ve tried to setup and stream my live performance through OBS (OSX) but doing everything inside the MBP seems to be too much to handle and the video is lagging going out of sync with the audio (separate source).
I’m thinking to buy a dedicated pc just for live streaming.
What are the recommended specs for the pc?….could a mini pc do the job?
