- In which version did the problem start? 28.0
- Have you tested intermediate versions? Yes (28.0.1 and 28.0.2)
- Did you try to format the PC? Yes
- Have you tried a different version of Windows? Yes (Windows 10 and 11)
- Does this issue happen in other apps or games? Not
Setup:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
Mobo: ASUS EX-A320M-GAMING
GPU: MSI RTX 2060 6GB
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz
PSU: Super Flower LEGION GX PRO 550W
- How does the problem happen?
The problem occurs if I go to audio settings and scroll quickly. The computer just shuts down, as if the power has gone out.
It may seem like a PSU problem, but I did several stress tests, before posting here and everything works perfectly. This problem only occurs in OBS (starting with version 28.0).
