Hey folks,
I just started streaming on Twitch and I'm really loving OBS as a piece of software. I really appreciate all of the hard work you've put into creating this free tool. Here are some details about my issue:
My issue: At the moment, i can't stream gameplay audio into my USB headset without it cutting of audio to my stream viewership.
My current setup is:
What i have tried so far:
I have tried analogue headsets in both the PC and the joypad. USB headsets in both the PS4 and the PC. The only temporary workaround i've found is to listen to my stream from a different device while broadcasting. This is not ideal, because i'm effectively listening to myself and the gameplay audio like i was a viewer, which means i'm hearing myself and the gameplay audio on a 12 - 13 second delay through my headset and it's doing my nut in.

My issue: At the moment, i can't stream gameplay audio into my USB headset without it cutting of audio to my stream viewership.
My current setup is:
- Desktop gaming PC - running OBS x64
- Elgato HD60S capture card
- Playstation 4 Slim
- Razer Kraken V2 7.1 Chroma USB headset
- Blue Yeti microphone
- All I'm actually trying to do is to be able to hear my gameplay in real time as I stream, without it cutting off for my twitch viewers game sounds. I'm not bothered about capturing party chat, just the game sounds themselves.
- The Razer headset comes with in-built mixer software, but i'm not sure if that is something that would let me hear the game audio and broadcast it over stream at the same time
- I am open to buying something like the Astro Gaming MixAmp Pro or something similar, but it's pricey and before i do i need to know if it will actually fix my issue or there isn't just something i'm missing.
