Building on a pretty tight budget for a youtube channel, what hardware would be good for recording 1080p30fps using obs to capture ps4 gameplay through a hauppauge hd pvr 2 with a webcam? This pc is for recording only, no editing or rendering

I don't really know what is important for obs, should i have a lower end cpu and a higher end gpu or a higher end cpu and no gpu or somehwere in the middle.

as of right now i have a i3-6300 and a 750ti and am sitting at $800 total for everything i need, this is basically the highest i can go, any help is appreciated.

These are the CPUs i am looking at according to a recent video form linustechtips on what CPU to buy, i took all of the ones that would fit in the budget and got rid of an with a T or P ending

1 question - why recording only ?
Do you have a better system to render / edit on ? If so , why not use that one to record too ?
If not , an i3 6300 should do just fine , BUT you don't need a graphics card for a system that does recording only.
Get rid of the 750Ti and get an i5 6500 , the rest is fine.

this is a machine for a second person to record their POV, already have a recording/editing/rendering for the other person. Thanks for the advice, gonna go for a 6500
