PC Freezes while streaming

I recently built a new PC with a 3060 Ti. Everything has been absolutely perfect, except when I am streaming on OBS my PC freezes and I have to restart. I have tried: removing the browser source in OBS, reinstalling, reverting to an older version of OBS, reducing my bitrate and frame rate. The freezing persists. Everything runs fine in OBS, no encoder overloaded message or anything.

I also tried turning off hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling, but this made the stream very laggy so I cannot say if it solved the problem. See log file attached.

I was hoping someone could help me fix this. I am running Windows 11 Professional.

1. The new Windows 10 Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") added with version 2004 is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's a new and experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. Install newest version of OBS from https://obsproject.com/download
3. Run updated OBS as Admin. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
4. Set your OBS FPS to 30 or 60, not 100.
