PC freeze when OBS is open

Hi team!

My name is Marc, and I need your help. Some time after I open the OBS, it is not always a long time, the computer always freezes everything, except for the audio. I have to restart the computer to keep using it.

My OBS configurations are the following:
NVIDIA NVENC H.264
Rate control: CBR
Bitrate: 6000
Keyframe: 2


Also, my computer specs are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
RAM DDR4 CORSAIR 16GB 2x8 3000MHz Vengeance Pro RGB White
GPU: GeForce GTX 2060 Super Phoenix

I need your help. :(

Are you using the PoS StreamElements plugin, by chance?

What are you doing for real-time hardware resource monitoring (CPU, GPU, RAM, Disk I/O, etc) utilization [for ex. using Task manager’s Performance tab and/or Resource Monitor] to see if your system is being maxed out with your settings? I won't be surprised if you are driving CPU to around 100% with your OS, OBS, and whatever apps (games?) you are using? and then a poorly written driver (or app) goes flaky
