PC Crashing when streaming OBS via Discord Screenshare at 1080p or higher

Recently grabbed the NZXT 4k30 to stream my ps5 to some friends in discord.

I have no issues playing the game on my own. Seems to run fine. The moment I screen share, though, my computer freezes for about 5s and then reboots. I can start the stream at 720p and the moment I bump it up to 1080p, same thing. Happens with both OBS and the Preview Window
