PC Build Advice for Mixing, Streaming, & Recording

I am researching a PC build and hoping the OBS forums can give me advice. I serve as the AV director for a small church and we need a computer that can run OBS to mix a handful of NDI video sources, record the program in 4K (our cameras can only do 60fps, but for now we will capture at 30fps), and stream to YouTube in 1080p (but have the specs to later stream in 4K). We want to be able to mix 3 PTZ 4K cameras, 1 BlackMagic PCC 4K, and two computer displays (for PowerPoint presentations). All videos feeds would feed into the computer via NDI. We also need USB-C ports to connect the audio interface which runs audio from our audio mixer and our Stream Deck MK.2. So we want to use OBS to the fullest! I need advice on CPUs and GPUs, cores & speed, RAM, hard drive size and write speed. What specs should I prioritize to keep this build under budget ($1,500 USD)? Any help is much appreciated.

1500 is going to be hard in today's gpu environment.

You need to get the best gpu you can but really you probably need closer to 2000 to do all the things you're wanting to do. Ideally a 3000 rtx gpu and a couple of 2tb SSDs to handle the recording. Are you going to just record the main output, or each camera to mix later? really for what you're trying to do, you need to be looking at a real video switcher that would open up the control a bit easier and get a pc that can just do the encoding.
