PC and graphic card

Hi All!


I've plans to buy a PC for streaming on YouTube (1080p@60fpps) for church and sport events.

I'm thinking to I7 CPU and NVENC graphic card, but I am confused about the model of the card.

Then...

I already use Linux (I'm expert and fun of it).
Are the performance the same on Windows?
Are there some advantages/disavantages to use Linux vs Windows?
