Question / Help Paypal Chargebacks (Do's and Don'ts)

Really not sure where to post this, but I'm looking to finally accept donations when streaming. But I've read horror stories about Paypal Chargebacks and how those recieving donations are never protected when it comes to those looking to troll them with donations and then asking for their money back, triggering said chargebacks.

So, can anyone please enlighten me about the in's and out's of how to go about setting up Donations? Paypal only? Credit Cards? Either / Or? Neither? Is there anything on my end to protect myself against potential Chargebacks? Any and all information greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It is when I'm trying to set up a Donation Tab in OBS. I just would like some insight into the perils of Donations.

As Harold this not a Obs issue. It has nothing do with about donations.

There is example like streamlabs or stream elements that you do setup donation’s with and you would want reach out to them how protect yourself.
