Bug Report Pause/unpause causes OBS to utilize CPU during encoding with NVENC (Turing)

Hello,

I have CPU usage issue only when I pause/unpause a recording. OBS starts using my CPU to encode even though I have NVENC. If I start recording it's fine and CPU usage is only 1-2%. But if I pause/unpause the recording that's when OBS bugs out and starts using the CPU to encode.

Same bug.
If i just record my CPU is around 7% the whole time. If i pause then unpause it jumps to 40%
I tried all setting, no luck.
