Pause Option

When you're going to add pause option in both versions for recording and streaming ? I like program so far (finally figured it out how to tweak it :D ),so adding pause option would be great and maybe FPS overlay like Fraps when recording games with indication when it's recording or paused or not. Thanks anyway :)

This feature is not in OBS Studio yet, no. It is planned for the future.

Hey out of curiosity, why a pause button? What's the advantage compared to stopping and then starting a new record when you're good to go again?

We would like to know when this feature will be implemented and it would very helpful because a YouTube video maker such as I would really benefit from the feature because we only want viewers to see the good stuff. So I would really like to know when it is going to implemented (estimate).
