patch 30.0.1 Problem!

Since the patch to 30.0.1 I can no longer get into obs, the program opens and closes again immediately because the report program does not respond. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and nothing works anymore
 
I'm having the same issue on Mac M1. Crashes immediately when opening, can't even run in Safe Mode, it crashes immediately as well.
 
I got the same problem... really regret not clicking that "skip this version" button... really hope they'll release a patch asap
 
Hello people,
You can use timemachine and get the old version of OBS in the Application folder, I solved the problem like that while waiting for a patch.
 
I'm having the same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times, there's no way to open the application. My Time Machine wasn't set up so I can't fix it that way.

You can download & install 30.0.0 version, and I have tried the config like Scenes still there.

Figured out a temporary solution:

1. Go here to access previous releases: https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases

2. Scroll down to the section that says "OBS Studio 30.0"

3. At the bottom it says "Assets" this has the previous version download links; download the one you need. I think I did "OBS-Studio-30.0.0-macOS-Apple.dmg"

I was just able to open it!!

Same Issue here, tried uninstalling and re-installing and nothing seems to be working
